A NO Screw Wrench anchor rod is a type of anchor Rod used in Pole Line Hardware installations.

It functions by basically guying cables or wires within utility poles, which is comprised of an angle-cut tip, welded helix and an anchor rod of forged-eye. To ensure that the anchor is screwed on the Ground, both the Thimble eye and Triple eye anchors have a rod with a wide opening to withhold the turning bar. The best thing about this anchor is that it can be power-installed because of its eye that takes part in the adapter of the hole-boring machine.

When installed, the no wrench screw anchor reduces the holding capability by about 10-20%, while this failure is to stick with 5 degrees of installation alignment with the guying mass will reduce the strength. Also, these ratings are only valid for anchors that are installed correctly.
